With over 15 years of experience in London and Sydney, Craig is an accomplished personal trainer and a former international athlete for Great Britain in Decathlon.

A Sports Science graduate (BSc. from Brunel University, London) and Australian accredited Exercise Scientist, Craig combines expertise with experience as an athlete to bridge the gap between beginner and athlete, delivering on athletic and aesthetic fitness goals while ensuring long-term results.

Craig is still actively involved in athletics and is currently ranked World number 1 in the Masters Track & Field Pentathlon.

FOUNDER

Vanessa has a background in neuroscience, with a focus on brain health, nutrition, longevity, and habit formation. She began a PhD in neurological healthspan, exploring how nutrition and lifestyle choices impact brain and body performance.

 

As a competitive powerlifter and mother, Vanessa brings personal experience navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and hormonal health. This perspective fuels her commitment to turning evidence-based research into practical strategies that help the Just Like An Athlete community build sustainable, healthy habits.

 

With over 10 years of corporate experience in product development and digital solutions, Vanessa is passionate about making science actionable, helping others lead healthier lives through research-backed, effective changes.

SUPPORTING OUR COMMUNITY

Childhood is a precious time that should be filled with laughter, play and joyful memories. Unfortunately, for thousands of children in Sydney Children's Hospitals Network (SCHN), illness has put their childhood on hold.

We donate all proceeds from the "Complete Package Program" to the Sydney Children's Hospital Foundation.

Donations are made on a monthly basis.
